Our Services

The attorneys at our firm strive for excellence with every client, sometimes originating novel solutions to age-old problems. This is no more apparent than in the tax arena. Mary P. Kulvinskas holds a Master of Law in Taxation and views every client with an eye toward saving them time and money. So if you're interested in efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced attorneys, you found the right place.

For instance, our estate plans almost always cost less than $2,000. We don’t require you to complete hours of paperwork and we don’t prepare needless documents simply to “fluff up” your estate so you feel like you “got something.” You may have heard horror stories about so called “trust mills” trusts either ending up in litigation amongst family members or fights with the IRS stemming from poor tax planning rampant in improperly drafted trusts. Saving a little money on the front end by purchasing a poorly drafted trust truly can be devastating on an estate in the long run. On the other hand, paying more than $2,000, should be an extremely rare case reserved for those estates with very complicated family dynamics and/or assets. That is, the same package of documents could have been competently drafted by an attorney who provided you with great service at a fair price.

In short, we care about your experience. We know if you’re happy, you’ll recommend a friend or family member. We therefore strive to make your legal experience simple and you can rest easy knowing we will not overcharge you. We offer the same level of service in all our practice areas.
